BILLING

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 12 October 2026

SingleCal subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. This policy explains our 14-day satisfaction guarantee, how to cancel a subscription and how refunds are processed.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with SingleCal, contact us within 14 calendar days of any subscription payment, including an annual renewal, and we will provide a full refund of that payment.

This guarantee does not apply to accounts closed for misuse, or to fraudulent or abusive requests. Any rights provided by the law in your country still apply and may give you additional protection.

Cancel a subscription

You can cancel at any time through the billing area in your SingleCal account, the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction email, or the Paddle buyer portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. You keep paid access until that date, no further renewal payment will be taken, and cancellation does not by itself refund the current period.

Request a refund

To use the SingleCal satisfaction guarantee, email support@singlecal.com from the address used for your purchase and include the Paddle transaction number from your receipt. We will confirm eligibility and initiate the refund through Paddle.

You may also request a refund through the support link in your Paddle receipt or billing portal, or at paddle.net. Paddle processes approved refunds back to the original payment method where possible.

Your legal rights

Consumer withdrawal and refund rights vary by country. Any mandatory rights that apply to you take priority over this policy. Paddle's current policy explains the time limits and process for each supported region.

Read the full Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms for the rules that apply to your purchase.

Technical problems

If a persistent SingleCal problem prevents you from using the paid features described at purchase, email us so we can investigate. Refund rights for a material defect continue to apply after the satisfaction-guarantee period where required by law. This does not cover delays or outages caused by an external booking platform's iCal feed unless applicable law says otherwise.

After a refund or failed payment

If Paddle issues a refund, access to the refunded paid plan may end. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it and paid features may later be suspended or downgraded. Your account can continue on the features and calendar allowance available under the remaining plan.

Taxes

Paddle calculates and collects applicable transaction taxes. Any approved refund is processed under Paddle's buyer terms, refund policy and the consumer-protection rules that apply to the purchase.
