TERMS

Terms of Service

Effective 12 October 2026

These Terms are between you and SingleCal, the supplier and operator of the SingleCal service. By creating an account or using SingleCal, you agree to them.

What SingleCal provides

SingleCal imports availability from iCal links, combines reported unavailable dates and lets you publish a hosted calendar or add one to your website. Guests follow the booking links you choose and complete reservations with the relevant booking platform or property.

SingleCal is not a channel manager, property-management system or booking service. We do not create, accept, modify or cancel reservations, collect guest payments, update rates, or write availability back to booking platforms.

Your account

You must provide an email address you control and keep access to your sign-in links secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use SingleCal for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

Your calendars and booking links

You are responsible for:

  • having permission to use every iCal feed, rental name and booking link you add;
  • keeping source calendars and listing destinations accurate and active;
  • checking availability with the relevant booking platform before accepting a reservation;
  • following the terms of Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and any other connected service; and
  • the content you publish and the rental service you provide to guests.

You retain ownership of your content. You give SingleCal a limited permission to store, process and display it only as needed to operate the service.

Availability and third-party services

iCal feeds update periodically and third-party platforms control when their exports change. Dates may therefore be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. You must not treat a SingleCal calendar as a guarantee that a rental can be booked or as the only control against double bookings.

SingleCal depends on services operated by other companies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, policies or changes, but we will take reasonable steps to keep our own service reliable.

Free and paid plans

Current plan features and prices are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes paid transactions, applicable taxes and subscription billing. A purchase through Paddle is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Paid plans are annual subscriptions. They renew for another annual term unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel through SingleCal's billing portal, your Paddle transaction email or Paddle's buyer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; access continues until then and you will not be charged for another term.

If a subscription ends, becomes overdue or is reduced, paid features and calendars above the remaining plan limit may be unpublished or unavailable. We will not increase a recurring price without the notice or consent required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not by itself refund the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You must not use SingleCal to:

  • break the law, mislead guests or infringe another person's rights;
  • access calendars, accounts or systems without permission;
  • upload malicious code or disrupt, overload, probe or bypass service security;
  • resell access, scrape the service or reverse engineer it except where law permits; or
  • publish unlawful, harmful or deceptive content.

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, investigate abuse, comply with law or respond to a material breach.

Our intellectual property

SingleCal's software, design, branding and documentation belong to us or our licensors. While your account is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms.

Service changes and account closure

We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service. If a material change significantly reduces a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. You can delete calendars in your account or contact us to close your account.

We may close an account for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, unlawful use or a security risk. Terms that logically continue after closure, including payment, ownership and liability terms, will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

SingleCal is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free third-party data, increased bookings or any particular business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SingleCal is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, lost bookings, business interruption, third-party platform failures or decisions made from delayed calendar data. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SingleCal for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections remain in effect.
