Why add your availability
Guests who find you on social media usually ask the same first question: are you free on my dates? A link on your Stan Store lets them check for themselves, at any hour, instead of messaging you and waiting.
One SingleCal page shows dates from all your booking platforms together, so guests see one up-to-date answer.
Step 1: Get your availability link
In SingleCal, each rental gets its own calendar page that combines your Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com dates. Guests see your free and booked nights, then tap through to book on your listing.

Connect your calendars
Add the iCal links from Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com to your rental.

Choose where guests book
Add your listing as the booking link, for example your Airbnb page.

Publish and copy the link
Publish the calendar, then copy its page link from Share & embed.
The page updates from your booking platforms by itself, so you never need to change the link when a booking comes in.

Step 2: Add it to your Stan Store
Stan's help describes these steps for a URL / Media product.

Add a product
From your dashboard, open the My Store tab and click + Add Product.

Choose URL / Media
Select URL / Media and paste your SingleCal page link as the URL.

Add text and publish
Add a title, description and call to action such as "Check availability", then click Publish.
Step 3: Choose how it looks
Stan offers three styles for a URL / Media product: Button, a compact display; Callout, a larger card; and Embed. Callout suits your availability link, with a photo of your rental as the image.
Stan's help does not say which links the Embed style supports, so use Button or Callout for your calendar page.

Guests decide in a second whether to tap, so say exactly what the link does.
- Use "Check availability" or "See free dates" for your SingleCal link.
- Put your booking listing next to it, for example "Book on Airbnb", so guests can book once they have found their dates.
- If you have more than one rental, add one link per rental and name each one.
