Connect your calendars
Add your Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com calendar links to the rental.

Choose where guests book
Add your listing as the booking link, for example your Airbnb page.

Publish and copy the link
Publish the calendar, then copy its page link from Share & embed.
When you paste the link into a chat, the preview shows your rental's name, so guests know what they are opening.

Your profile link is the one place on Instagram where any visitor can tap through, so it is the best place for your availability link.

Add it to your profile
Go to your profile, tap Edit profile and add the link. Menu names vary between app versions.

Point people to it
Mention it in your bio, for example "Check dates: link below", and in post captions when you share photos of the rental.

Use it in Stories
If your account can add a link sticker to Stories, link it to your availability page when you post about open dates.
On WhatsApp you can simply paste the link into a chat. If you use the WhatsApp Business app, two features save you typing it each time.

Save it as a quick reply
In WhatsApp Business, open Tools, then Quick replies, and save a message with your link and a shortcut such as /dates.

Send it in any chat
Type / in the message box to see your quick replies and pick the one with your link.

Add it to your business profile
Add the link to your business profile's website field so guests can find it from your profile.
Link-in-bio pages
If you use a link-in-bio page such as Linktree, Beacons, Stan or Later's Link in Bio, add your availability link near the top with a clear label such as "Check availability". Put your booking listing next to it so guests can go straight to booking once they have found their dates. Our step-by-step guides cover each of those four.
Other places to share it
The same link works anywhere you talk to guests outside the booking platforms.
- Your Facebook page, as its website link or in posts about open dates.
- Your email signature and replies to enquiries.
- A QR code in your welcome pack or guest book, so past guests can check dates for their next stay.
- Text messages to returning guests.
Booking platforms have rules about sharing outside links and contact details in listings and in their messages. Share your availability link on your own channels, and check each platform's policy before posting it there.
