iCal link checker
Check that your Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or other calendar link works, and see the nights it blocks. Free, no sign-up, and your link isn't saved.
Four things that stop a calendar link from working.
The checker reads your link the same way SingleCal imports calendars, so a link that passes here works when you connect it.
- It's a calendar link, not the address of a listing page.
- It still works, and hasn't been reset or removed.
- The calendar file can be read.
- Which nights are booked or blocked in the next 12 months.
Check a link in three steps.
- Copy your calendar linkFrom Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Calendar or your booking software. Where to find it
- Paste it aboveThe checker reads it once, over a secure connection.
- See the resultWhether it works, which nights it blocks, and how to fix common problems.
Questions about calendar links.
What is an iCal link?
A private web address for a calendar in the iCalendar (.ics) format. Booking sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com give each listing one, so other services can read which nights are booked.
Is it safe to paste my private calendar link?
The link is sent securely and read once. SingleCal doesn't save or log it, and the result shows only dates, never guest names or booking details. Treat the link like a password and share it only with services you trust.
Which calendar links can I check?
Any calendar link that starts with https:// or webcal://, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Calendar and other booking software. SingleCal itself currently connects Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com links.
Why does my link show no booked dates?
Either nothing is booked or blocked in the next 12 months, or the link belongs to a different listing or room. Compare the result with the calendar on the booking site.
Why does the check-out day look free?
Calendar links block nights, not days. A stay from the 10th to the 13th blocks the nights of the 10th, 11th and 12th, so the 13th stays free for the next guest to check in.
Why is a new booking missing?
Each booking site decides when its calendar link changes, so a new booking can take a while to appear. The checker reads the link as it is right now.
