Smoobu prices its plans by the number of units and bills in EUR; its USD and GBP figures are estimates. Every plan includes the website builder, channel manager and booking system with Stripe and PayPal.
The main choice for a small host is between Flex, which has a lower monthly price but a booking fee, and Prepaid, which has no booking fee.
- Professional Flex: €29 a month with a 0.9% booking fee.

Who each one suits
Both are full vacation rental software, so the right choice depends on which plan structure fits how you work.
- Lodgify may suit you if you want the lowest entry price without a website (Basic), guided onboarding when you add a website (Starter), or a listing on Google Vacation Rentals (Professional).
- Smoobu may suit you if you want the website builder and booking system on every plan, a longer free trial, or the option to start with a lower monthly price and pay a fee per booking instead.
- Either may be more than you need if you do not plan to take direct bookings or manage your calendars from one system.
If you only need guests to see your availability
Some hosts compare Lodgify and Smoobu mainly to show guests when their rental is free, then send them to Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com to book.
